Having flat feet I feel that arch support is actually contributing further to my overuse injuries and caused me plantar fasciatis on top of everything. Barefoot shoes fixed the foot pain completely. I'm looking to get Cushioned zero drop, wide and big stack height altra shoes (via olympus) once I'll get back to running.
How did you tackle PF? I got it few months ago, it definitely lessened but did not go away completely. I use the lacrosse ball everyday. Can you recommend what exercises are the best?
Thank you.👌 Good topic. I am a runner. I already knew all this. Very grateful to your channel. I have recovered from a thigh sprain with your programme. Now I am healing my achilles inflammation with your programme. The results are good! Thank YOU! I appreciate your competence. You give a lot of information.
Did you guys happen to have this, or a version of this, video up before that you maybe took down or updated? About a month ago was trying to find a video I remembered seeing that covered very similar info, which I thought was on your channel, and couldn't 😂
Hello, I have a patella tendonitis injury and came across your rehab video from 2 years ago. It shows 3 stages of recovery (isometric exercises, slow lifting exercises and plyometrics). While watching it I had a question, do I need to include exercises from all three stages in my recovery training? Or should I gradually move from one stage to another? Thank you in advance for your answer.
The wide heels and arch support on new running shoes are seriously scewing up natural biomechanics. Your arch does not touch the ground when going barefoot unless you have very flat feet.
that's a wrong channel and a wrong video for a comment like this. Unless you can prove with research that changing biomechanics like this results in any serious consequence
