Yes! I am a slim hour glass. I'm a 34D (but the rest of my upper body is more of an XS-S. My D's are FULL D's too, like bowling balls) 28" waist, and a 39" hips/butt. I really do love my body but that doesn't mean there isn't frustrations! So many cute tops/dresses turned down bc too much cleavage or side boob or just the feeling of "LOOK MY BOOBS ENTER THE ROOM FIRST THEN THE REST OF ME". And swim bottoms omg. My friend who is upside down triangle shape, bought the cutest bikini, and I fell in LOVE with it. They literally were moderate coverage on her. I lied to myself and said they would be moderate coverage for me too bc I loved them so much, she let me try them on and I kid you not, it was basically a thong. Things she wears is cute and feminine but if I wore the same thing it's revealing and sexual 😭😭😭😭😭

I love skirts and dresses but as an apple shape, it's incredibly difficult to find skirts that are flattering. They call too much attention to the worst part of my body, the waistline. Would love a styling video for apple shapes.

I really wish to get back into skirts and dresses, but I always feel like I am either drowning in too much fabric or I look like a little kid trying to appear like an "adult". I have more of a pear shape (booty for days, no waist and smaller bust) and have always been self conscious in skirts/dresses because of this. Especially being all of five foot three. Thank you again for another great video!

I always try to downplay my curves as an hourglass. Pleated A-lines (pleats must lay flat at the top) or skirts that fall straight down tend to be my favorite, yet I do try to have waist emphasis.

Thanks for your posts. I'm very petite 4' 8.5" and I'm a pear, so purchasing clothes is extremely difficult. Whilst covid was on, I stayed home and got fatter. Still ok, but I want to lose some weight. Thank you for another informative and great video. I watch lots of other videos on fashion and dressing for your body type but I find yours are the best and the funniest! You break things down to be very understandable with your right and wrong pictures and your videos are very organized. I am a rectangle shape and since watching your videos, I have been able to dress better and make far fewer mistakes when I am shopping.

This was so helpful for my rectangular shape. I never could figure out why I couldn't wear the rectangular shaped skirts. Now I have your great suggestions for better options. Thank you! Btw, I love the second skirt, the longer cream color with small print, and the slit.

As someone who has a mild hourglass shape it's so hard to find skirts that actually are fitted to my waist. Most skirts that fit in the hips are several inches to large in the waist. 38 inch hips 28 inch waist. My dream skirt is a knee length a-line that fits at the waist without hugging my hips. Maybe one day I will find it...

What about just a circle skirt with elastic waist? Make your own pattern based off an existing skirt in your cupboard or come up with a pattern of your own using paper or cheap material. All the best 😁

I'd love to see some ideas. Mine are 4D width. I have had success with Ziera flats and heels, Birkenstocks, S an Antonio Shoes (SAS) and some Keen closed toe sandals. Best to to you.

Short skirts are out and so are high 👠 Arthritis and balance problems 2 " wide heel/ pumps or flats are hard to find. And my skirts are usually about 3"above ankles , voracious veins . I am 65 yrs old and 5'3" tall, I have dresses that are down to my ankles but they button up , so I unbutton some them .
