Originally, I was planning for 256 gigs however, I decided literally today to cancel my order and switch it to the 512 gigs. I chose this option because I don’t plan on upgrading for a long time. I was waiting for them to come out with a USB-C port And plan not to upgrade for as long as I can afterwards

My first iPhone had 16 GB of storage, then when I bought the first SE with 128 GB many people thought I was going crazy haha now my currently iPhone has 512 GB. Those who had problems with low storage warnings know how annoying that is. I'm not buying less than 256 GB anymore.

@@cmd8086on my iPhone 11 Pro I had 512 and I maxed it out ! Now I have 1 terabytes on my iPhone 15 Pro 😂🤣 But I’m not sure wether I myself maxed it out or wether with each update everything is becoming bigger sizewise like apps, operating systems etc…

Going 256gb iPhone 15 max pro with iCloud storage. Currently only using 125gb on iPhone 11. I hope I don’t regret the lower storage option. Figured I don’t need more storage on my phone when I have iCloud storage.

I had an iPhone 8+ with 64GB and I’ve been struggling with it because I was always at 59-60/64 of GBs used and now thankfully I upgraded to and IPhone 15+ with 128GBs and I’ve used only 44-45/128 GBs so I won’t have storage problems although when I find a job I plan on getting an IPhone 16 Pro Max with 512 GBs

I got the 256 gb on my iPhone 13 PM and carried over most of the memory from my iPhone X. I still have 110 gb left. 256 Is enough but 512 is definitely a good safe zone

Thanks for the thoughts. This is my current dilemma. I currently have a 13 pro 512 but I am only using just over 10% of the capacity. I am deciding between the 15 pro max 256 and 512.

Marina I'm thinking on getting an iPhone as a "tool" for my project but I have a doubt. I understand e.g. on iPads in oder to get the full experience with certain apps you have to have at least a 256Gb iPad pro so my question is if Apple do the same with iPhones? ty in advance for your response.

For me 128 is enough I dont take too much photos. But as I visited my village for festive season my storage gets full bcuz of photos high quailty videos.So I want to upgrade upto 256gb storage so I dont want to worry about my storage any more.

15 pro 512gb "black" titanium, why? Because it was the only one in stock at the begining of this month(october), no pro-max no 256 pro, nada... I dont need 512gb btw, the jump from 256 to 512 its a cash grab from apple and my old 13 pro 256 battery failed so I needed a new one fast, and my hearth did not let me buy the last year 14pro/max, also usb-c it is a dream😊.

Upgrading from 64mb 8 plus to a 14 plus. 128 mb cost about $100 less than a 512 mb. I plan to continue using icloud to ensure that I don't lose my photos in case my phone gets lost or stolen. I don't think I'll actually need the extra storage. I never download music. Is it a waste of money to pay up for the 512 mb? Will it retain more value? Please help me decide. I'm so indecisive and hate wasting money but I want to have a comfortable amount of storage since I hope not to replace the phone for many years.

Thank you for this video Marina! Right now I'm struggling with the dilemma of iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 or 512GB. Currently I have iPhone XS Max 256GB and it gets filled up with photos and videos in 3 years. I have 3918 photos and 1936 videos. I plan to use the new iPhone Pro Max for at least 3 years. Should I go for 512 GB (paying 250 Eur more) or get the 256 and buy the iCloud subscription when needed? 🙏

I had the XS Max 256GB and got a 15 Pro Max 256GB. I transferred all my old photos to an external SSD so now have around 150GB free for photos & videos, which should be enough for a few years or so. But still thinking if I should have got 512GB.

@@taha.yahya_ That’s what I’m doing and I’m happy with my decision. With my usage, I’ll probably only have to transfer every 2-3 years. Also, it’s great as I now have an SSD with all my iPhone photos there.

Tinha até esses dias um iPhone 12 64GB comprado no dia de lançamento dele em 2020. Nesses últimos tempos, estava sofrendo muito com essa quantidade de memória (tinha que apagar um app a cada vez que instalava outro 😂), mesmo com as fotos no iCloud. No final comprei um iPhone 15 Pro 512GB por trauma mesmo, mas sei que não sofrerei mais com falta de espaço por um longo tempo 😅

If you save your content on a cloud then yes. For example if you store your pictures on Google photos, when you buy a new phone, you log into Google photos with your new phone and can download the old photos if you want. If not, they stay in the cloud, but not on the phone. The only negative is, you're depending on your internet connection.

I have a galaxy s23ultra and regreting it. Heaviest phone out there and it is not single haded friendly. Works well, does cool stuff but you cant even put it in your pocket without your pants falling off.
