oh my god ! finally done, i have a turno smart b+ since 2020 and i've made a tricks with an adaptor for thrue axle ... for elit QR (Quovo / rampa ...) :'D ... i was waiting this video ! thanks a lot
Hi @Elite Cycling! Could you please better explain how knurled part should always face the frame? In your video it seems not being flipped over when switching side (in 0:49). Thanks!
hello, I have a giant tcr advanced pro 1 di2 12 speed (model 2025 disc brake, with thru axle), I bought the adapter, but I can't install it, could you show me in video please, thank you very much ;)
I am such a fool. For the past 18 months I have wondered why my bike would become loose after a hard session/ race, and also why I would not be able to back pedal if I tightened up the qr skewer ( to stop the bike becoming loose). Finally annoyed me enough tonight due to me having to quit a race on Rouvy ( was in 5th, qr became loose, bike tilted, could not get the bike settled again, 10 mins later I was down to around 48th.
Hi @Elite Cycling! Could you please better explain the part for bikes w disc brakes - I get that I have to use just two adapters (in 1:25 min) but do I use the axle of my own bike or should I use the same as for quick release - because that one doesn't seem to work out or I'm doing something wrong? And, just to be sure - the adapter in 0:37 - doesn’t count on a bike w disc brakes? Thank you!
Hi, my 11s cassette is installed without Spacer. I tried to install my Quick release frame on the Elite Suito as in the video and found out my derailleur is "shifted 1 speed down" : meaning I can't reach the 11 teeth cog (and come off if I want to reach my lowest gear). Solution that seems to work : used the threaded adapter from thru axle on the cassette side before putting the quick release ones, and didn't use the knurled spacer on the other side. Fits perfectly and derailleur seems very well adjusted. Any critical reason not to do that ? Thanks for your support!
Hi Elite, after using 148 mm adapter, I have to redjust my rear derailleur for about... 5mm. I need to loosen the shifting cable. And I am not able to setup the derailleur correctly, becasue of the chain rubbing. What's the instruction for 148 mm? How DO I setup it?
i dont understand - if the 5mm spacer has to go outside the drop out how exactly do you manage this with the spring on the skewer in place? In the video it looks like the spacer is up against the non-drive side.
Good morning, to check how long is the rear axle of your bike, you can check the technical sheet of your bike or ask the producer of the bike. I remain at disposal. Best regards
Hello, my 12 speed cassette doesnt shift right, i tried to micro adjust my rear di2 gesrs, but no combination works😬, any useful tips, i used my cassette without spacer. Is that right?
Good morning, please contact us at the below e-mail address so we will check better what is wrong: info@elite-it.com. Thanks for the collaboration. Best regards
Good morning, please take note that Trek Madone features a 142x12mm thru-axle (you can check it at the below link, in the section "Specs" -> "Frame": www.trekbikes.com/gb/en_GB/bikes/road-bikes/performance-road-bikes/madone/madone-sl/madone-sl-7-gen-6/p/36979/?colorCode=greydark) I confirm that Suito is compatible with 142x12mm thru-axles and the adaptors for this kind of axles are included on the adaptor bag that comes with the trainer. I remain at disposal. Best regards
The wording in the very confusing instruction manuals needs to be edited or explained further. "On bikes with with 130-135mm chainstay..." Huh..? Chain stays are long? Do you mean rear drop out?
On my Suito I am missing the part on the drive side that goes inside the cassette lockring that the quick releaae adaptor then slides into that is clearly visible in this video. What part is that? And can I get one please? Thank you.
Good morning, here below the link where you can purchase a new adapter bag with inside the adapter you need: www.shopelite-it.com/en/sensors-adaptors-and-heart-rates/adapters/adapters-bag-for-justo-suito-and-direto-xr-hometrainers I remain at disposal. Best regards
The piece that goes in drive side (by the cogs) doesn't thread into mine at all. It just sits there and often falls out when I'm attaching my bike. Is there something missing?
Hi Warren, could you please drop an email to info@elite-it.com? please send some images or videos that can help our CC team figure out what's happening with your trainer
HI, For me, the adapter on the drive side is fairly loose. You can screw it in and then it it is 'stuck' but you can wiggle it. Is it common or a problem? Also, no need for washers or such to that your frame doesn't get damaged where the adapters sit?
Ciao! The adapter on the cassette side is deliberately loose. The mechanism allows it to be screwed in, but the end of the adapter is not threaded so that it can rotate. To remove it, you don't just unscrew it, you first pull it outwards, and then you start to turn it (unscrew it). If the pin was fully threaded, it would be secure, but would not allow rotation (necessary for the Rizer).

Good morining; if you have a 5x141mm quick-release, you need to use the adaptor below as left adaptor: www.shopelite-it.com/en/sensors-adaptors-and-heart-rates/adapters/left-adapter-5x141 We remain at disposal. Regards
It seems that fastenning sleeve is missing, so adapter goes deep. Can it be so? Or there is none on Suito model? If i miss it - where can i buy? I've already opened support ticket, but no reply.
Hello, I hear creaking sounds in the transmission when I pedal. Have you received any other feedback on this issue, and please don't ask me to email about it.
Good morning, please contact us at the below e-mail address so we will check better what is wrong: info@elite-it.com. Thanks for the collaboration. Best regards
Exactly the same problem !! Suito Elite is shit, i contact the support service they replaced it after 3 months of delay ...with another one WITH THE SAME PROBLEM !!! Suito is shit , costumer service bad ...NEVER AGAIN !!!
Good morning, if you have any issues with the trainer, please contact our customer service at the following address: info@elite-it.com? We will check the issue and fix it. Should you need any further information, we remain available. Best regards.
Ciao Marco, Direto XR is officially compatible with all bikes having cassette from 9 to 12 speed (in some cases using special spacers or compatible freehubs). It is possible, with the help of a mechanic, to install also 8 speed cassette (using proper spacers) but it is most probably that the change will become inaccurate or noisy in some gears for this reason is not recommended.
Hi, 142x12 is included within the box. 148 must be purchased separately shopelite-it.com/en/sensors-adaptors-and-heart-rates/adapters/boost-thru-axle-adaptor-148x12mm-for-direct-drive-hometrainers
Sadly I have misplaced the included adapters and need to re-order. Will the Elite 12 x 135 Adapter kit (product code 1014043) allow me to use my 12 x 142 bike? I am worried it will be too small but the 148 boost adapter will be too big.
Hi Davos, last year we released the Suito-T and the Direto XR-T due to a well-known worldwide shortage of cycling accessories such as the cassettes. The only difference between Suito and Suito-t is the cassette. You must have bought the suito-t then. Both Suito-T and Direto Xr-t have been advertised properly and are visible in our website.
@@elitecycling Hi how do I get the freehub to lock in place,it comes off with the cassette very easily . I know there are 3 lugs ,just wondering if there was a video to fix this.
It's absolutely ridiculous. Nothing to do with not being able to read. That info needs to be up front and centre. But they wouldn't want to harm their UK profits would they? Zero by way of immediate tech support, no contact number. Just email with 4 day reply window. I'm getting a refund (return delivery charged). UK users avoid!!
