At Pro Exteriors, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their new roofs. To do this, we hold ourselves to high standards, and sometimes that means a particular project is not a good fit for us.
A few things you should know about us:
1. We won’t rush to finish a job, and we won’t do it for as cheaply as possible. Quality is our priority, and that means we have to charge more than some of our local competitors.
2. We don’t do overlays. We always install a new roof so that we can ensure you’re receiving both a quality product and service, not just a Band-Aid for whatever ails your roof.
3. We don’t accept cash discounts. Some contractors accept cash discounts so they can save money on taxes. We don’t do that here at Pro Exteriors. All our deals are done legally, and we pay our taxes just like most Americans.
4. We won’t match another company’s offer. Our price is our price because it has shown to be effective both to our customers, and to our bottom line. If you’re hunting for the cheapest deal, we are not the company for you.
With that being said, here are some things any reputable roofer will have before you hire them:
1. Insurance, a license, and all necessary permits
2. BBB accreditation
3. Manufacturer certifications, referrals, and workmanship warranty
4. A detailed estimate of your home, down to the last penny
5. Track record within the local community as an honest and fair contractor
6. They’re NOT the cheapest service in town
7. They are a local company and not someone from out of state who is in town due to a recent storm
8. Overall positive reviews on Google and other social media platforms

Pro Exteriors was started in the spring of 2010. It was started by Nate Schweppe after working for his family’s roofing business since he was around 12 years old.
At Pro Exteriors & Construction we are a full service exterior remodel and restoration company. We are family and locally owned and operated. All of our employees are local and speak fluent English. We believe that bigger is rarely better and we focus on quality over quantity. We believe every client deserves our full attention from start to finish.
