Madam your narration is well appreciated 👍 I an 64 years. I have Care freedom policy 10 lakhs, Care enhance super top up for 30 lakhs & Super supreme super top up policy for 25 lakhs from star health insurance. All are family floaters (2adults) with spouse. All policies are with co-payment. I have PEDs diabetes, BP & Thiroid. Spouse is having Thyroid. I had ported from Reliance to care freedom in 10/2020. Both of us are covered for 10 lakhs in my son's company group insurance. Can you please suggest any policy without co-payment. Thanks & regards T P ASHOK KUMAR

My mom had a ankle surgery in 2017. In 2019 we had taken a 3 member policy from manipalcigna through a bank. Not sure if the bank agent asked or we did not say; we have kept the ankle surgery hidden from the insurance. Fast forward to today, my mom was hospitalized and during doctor question my mom revealed that he had a ankle surgery in 2017. Now the insurance company denied the whole insurance plan stating ankle surgery was not mentioned while applying for insurance. Can they do that? I mean ankle surgery had nothing no further complication like hypertension or diabetes

Yes Chetan, they can deny claim /terminate policy on account of non disclosure even if the claim is due to any other reason.As this was material fact here which would have impacted the underwriting decision by the company in the first place. It is always advisable to cross check all details in your policy after purchasing.

Parveen jee, both can't be compared as both are plans of different nature. optima secure is an indemnity health insurance plan whereas LIC Arogya is a fixed benefit plan.

It is not recommended to rely completely on corporate insurance, especially for your parents, as the corporate insurance is not permanent, and your own personal health insurance is a permanent one. So corporate policy is optional, but retain the individual policy.

Madam, Mei 10Lakh Niva Reassure family floter + 90 Lakh Health recharge( niva super topup) eksath liya sep 2021 mei , Mei 31 & wife 30 age, ab mere sare friends 20lakh ke hdfc restore liya hai, mere question ye hai ki ,1) renewal time kia hdfc restore mei port sahi rehega,? 2) 10 lakh ko kia 20lakh kadlena chahiye next time 3) hdfc mei super topup only 20lakh tak hi hai to hdfc mei jaunga to niva topup kia kadna hai, continue or hdfc topup lena hai....Mei aapke video baad mei dekha policy leneke baad, aur maine policy direct max site se liya tha,, plz suggest good option..thanks in advance

Unfortunately after 9 months a polyp surgery ( in uterous) took place to my wife but max bula denied reimbursement said there is 24 months waiting period. I had notified them via email as well as on call with ticket nos prior hospitalization where they could have informed me that it won't be covered. I need your advise what should I do ?

Sir, These exclusions are called specified exclusions which are not covered for 24 months and are applicable to all insurance policies. The same is mentioned in your policy copy also.

It depends on the medical history and the plan you choose. If company is arranging tests by their panel doctors, then they will pay - if policy is rejected, they claim it from your premium.
