savage308win I suggest you follow Bryan Casella on RU-vid. He answers a lot of questions like these. The answer he gave to this question was saving money. At least 6 months. He also mentioned an agent working a part time job and being full time agent.
Would it be worth it to commute 48 miles to a successful agency in a city full of higher priced real estate. Or look for a smaller realtor agency locally in town and work the ground in given?
Hi Kevin, Thanks for another great video. As a new agent, I have a "boutique" real estate company that is willing to mentor and train me. They fit the first four criteria, and are highly successful in my neighboring state, but they are not well known in my area - meaning they do not have a market share or name. What are your thoughts on this?
