My fridge smell but I cleaned everything and I had throw everything out but the smell still there, and I think is coming from the evaporated area from my freezer
First take out the drip tray at the back bottom of the fridge and clean it with soap and water or in dishwasher. If you can squirt hot water up the pipe flowing into the drip tray as well that would be ideal so clean it out also. After this turn your fridge back on and insert baking soda and cut up lemons and run it for a week. If still smells after a week then either sell it and buy a new fridge, or call a fridge/appliance mechanic (call your locks dealer to point you in the right direction) and they can take it apart and thoroughly clean the evaporator.
