Great Job Guys! I bought the second of these units and was preparing to traing my guys to better use and take care of these babies..... Reading the manual versus viewing your videos is a no brainer. Also I love your production skills!! The Super Cleaning effect was awesome. What program are you using? I have been using Camtasia for a while now and I do not think camtasia will allow me to do that.

I find there's usually 1/4 cup of paint in that lower filter housing and you'll never get clear water until you pull out the innards and clean. I use a soft bristle bottle brush and then there's the filter cartridge in the gun too as others have mentioned. The Titan videos completely omit this and I'm sure many a sprayer has been trashed by clueless homeowners storing them away full of gunk.

The MSDS on pump armor is the exact same ingredient as decent radiator fluid.

It sure is, and far cheaper! Just check that it’s silicon/glycerol based and not the OAT.

Using RV antifreeze might work work better than windshield washer fluid. RV plumbing antifreeze contains glycol which I would expect would help to lubricate the pump.

If using the same color paint, it's not entirely necessary to clean filters every single time. It's a good practice however, if you are as busy as we are, it's difficult to do every day. Also, I have NEVER had a problem with my Graco LineLazer machines when I clean the filter after 4 or 5 uses. Even if using different colors. You just need to make sure you are cleaning the machines real well on a daily basis and using lots of water, with latex paints, when flushing the system out!

I never see videos that show how to clean these sprayers when using lacquers, car paint, stains etc. Is it that these machines are used mainly for water based paint?

What do you do with the 10 or so gallons of dirty paint water do you pore it over the yard or do you pour it down the toilet. Everyone shows videos on how to clean the sprayer but no one shows what to do with the leftover water what's your suggestions?

My titan 440 paint sprayer is not pressure it is just running and running and no pressure at all. Wath I suppose todo? Tell me something please. Thank yuo.

Probably not picking up the paint. Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes, but you can alternately turn off the power for 30 seconds and wait 30 seconds until it gets to the pump.

I always keep my tips cleaned out and dry in my backpack... While working if they're wet with paint I'll throw them in strainer bag down in duece of water. Till I clean pump then blast em out. Last long time

This is definitely how not to clean your sprayer. Never release pressure from prime valve, remove your guard on the gun and release the pressure. Leave the water in the line for about 5 minutes and then run again fresh water.

Pull the filters on the 440' there will be paint all In them and start over with fresh water.

@@nickthegazerofsoulshe let go of the trigger while the pump was under full pressure, which usually causes a big splatter. You are supposed to manually turn down the pressure with the trigger still held down

This was not my experience at all, it took cleaning both filters twice and running water through it for 20 minutes or more, with the siphon tube only on fresh clean water and then soapy water and then clean again to get all the paint out and clear water coming out of the hose. The machine was clean faster but it was a lot of work. I love the machine a lot its amazing its just a bit of a pain to get it really clean

That manifold filter cleaning was pathetic, that's the first thing I do before even running water through it I take it out spray the hose right into the manifold that filter cap has tons of paint in it it was dripping all over your hands after you supposedly just cleaned your sprayer lol

Switching from paint to prime while pressurized is the way to break your machine!

Absolutely not. I do it daily. My 440 is from 2007, all original/1 repack. Works as good as it did when new.

Poor sprayer machine spilled all over. He was turning the knob 4 to 5 times and switching on and off that way ? Is Not a frustrated machine with no filters to clean ??

Horrible cleaning job he did. Try having black paint in your sprayer then switching to white. You wont have white paint with this cleaning process! Notice when he pulled his filter out it had white paint all over it. Not very clean my man.
