Because it's not an explainer video using standard off-the-shelf products that you can buy anywhere in the world, it's just a "how to use our products" video, not of much use for people outside of the area this company sells its products.

Hi , I bought my Leather Sofa In 2018. No one Sits on it, except Once during a Blessing and probably during Lockdown my Husband slept on it but he didn’t feel comfortable. Otherwise it’s untouched in the Living room that has full Sunlight in the Afternoon I did cover it in the beginning of 2018 but decided early this year to remove it. It’s turned Yellow. Looks like your Video but NOT that Worned look since NO ONE Sat on it. Will your kit work? Am from the Philippines weather is hot and wet.😞 Will you ship across to Asia? It’s also from Italy this sofa , FYI.

Thank you. I have a question. I have a sofa reupholstered recycled white leather. I live by myself and am very fussy. I almost never sit on the sofa. The sofa is not dirty at all but I put a white pillow next to it and it appears to be a creamer color. Is this normal and if not should I clean it using your products? It is a restored Queen Anne tufted sofa with silver nailheads and black clawfoot legs. Thank you so much.

Hi Joanne, the leather may have discoloured due to sunlight, heat or the build-up of dirt. Our leather cleaner will clean the leather without causing any damage, so it is worth trying. If you would like to restore/change the colour to match the pillow, we do also have DIY recolouring products available.

Although our Leather Ultra Clean is great at removing deeply ingrained dirt from leather, it is not designed to remove stains or dye transfer.
