I never in my entire life thought that I would enjoy watching rugs get cleaned by professional rug cleaners. But I do! I guess watching someone who takes pride in doing an excellent job is enjoyable for people like myself. Well done again! You also get credit for your willingness to share your experience with other professionals in your field. Have a great day and thanks again!
The tool that impressed me the most was the 5 gallon bucket with the holes drilled in the bottom to disperse a lot of cleaning solution over a huge rug. Always love the centrifuge as well. Keep up.the great work.
I remember that video where you guys saw the centrifuge and everything. How impressive that it's now other cleaners coming to you to get tips and demonstrations on the equipment 😊 Great rug cleaning content as well! It was filthy lol
You guys are absolutely the best to learn from. Branching out into consulting for other companies is a natural progression. Congratulations on your changing and growing business. It seems like you base your business model on some biblical principles, so you can’t go wrong with that! Colossians 3:23 was my motto when I was working. Now retired because of health issues but love watching you all. Very soothing. Wish you were near me though. Got carpet that I’ve had numerous dogs on. I’ve cleaned it pretty well but it definitely could use that Advanced touch. Going to replace it at some point. Lived here 10 years so it needs to go. And love that your guests are doing all your work. Lol! You might consider doing a video where you talk about a basic business setup; an intermediate setup; explain what equipment is most needed and why; and other stuff like that. You could share it with people who are in the business and then arrange a site visit if they want it. It would free up some time.
This rug is a great demo for this father son team to see the cleaning process. I love the electonic drying racks. I remember when Myles and Ethan had to lift those heavy wet rugs over those drying bars. Talk about a game changer!!! I applaude Advanced Cleaning for allowing outsiders to come in and see how it is done professionally. Glad their company is far enough away not to be competiition, If I wasn't in New York, I would be bringing my rugs in the front door. Advanced Cleaning the best there is!!! 👌👍
Love these videos. You guys' attention to detail, commitment to customer service and just love of what you do is inspiring. I hope you guys continue to grow your brand. Continue to enjoy health and prosperity.
Miles, your family is the greatest. It is also nice to see that people in the USA cooperating with eachother that have different skin-tones. It feels more like we experience here in the Netherlands, or at least I experience. I’m saying this because I hear more often stories from the USA where the opposite is true, sadly.
I’d love a video on how y’all got started. And where does all the water go? What type of filtration system do y’all have to use? How long does it take to clean a rug like this one?
Watching your videos, I learned a couple of things: 1) You guys are a wholesome family. You probably have your issues (like everybody), but you’re all hard-working and genuinely care about the quality of your work and your customers. You’re generous as well. 2) Rugs are nasty and I’m not sure I will use any in my house ever 😂
That is so kind that you guys are teaching others. I love to see your company giving back as you mentioned someone once did that for you guys. On another note, Pops found found the fountain of youth. I know it! Please teach me how to get there?! 😊 God bless your family and your business ❤
It's nice you are sharing your experience. I have been watching you for a long time, before all your nice equipment. Congratulations. You and your Pop's
Cleaning is so hard on the back. I had my cleaning business for many years once I built it I personally trained my staff and let them loose. My back aches just watching you
Great job. I noticed yall diapered that rug. Was that for potential dye migration? Because I didn't really notice bleeding during the wash on the floor. Either way yall did a great job 👏
Are you going to start offering franchises? Or consultations? I'm too old to start something, but I could see where building off of your expertise would really help a starting company a lot!!!
Muchas felicidades desde chile los sigo .son modelo a seguir .me gustaria saber que dimensiones tiene esa planta . O algun correo para escribirles. Son fenomenales..
Where are you located? My hometown is Eden, NC, home of Karastan Rug Mill. Sadly, the mills are closed now. My mother was a color setter, back in the ‘40’s. My late husband was a salesman for them years ago. We’ve always had Karastan Rugs in our home, now have 4. 2 are large 717’s, the oldest and most popular of their rugs. They last forever. Sadly, our Karastan rug cleaner in Eden has gone out of business. Where can you find companies like yours that washes them the correct way….and with pride in their work? Are there any in North Carolina? My late sister-in-law, Valerie Smith, did the rug carvings for Karastan mill. Beautiful work she did, now a lost art!
@@white6942 yes, he did empty it, but said that all the rugs had urine in them that day. I've seen multiple rugs put in the tub. Just curious since I wouldn't want someone elses pet urine mixed in my rug.
@@kirkshar he did say ALL rugs were put through the wash had urine in them...same too i wouldn't like my rug in the same dirty water but I only seen the 1 rug washed. 😊
Miles, we always joke that Josh looks like Ed Sheeran. It’s hilarious to see other people agree with us. Thanks so much for having us see your amazing work and teaching us!
