flounder and sand dabbs actually have a very sweet taste because they feed on shrimp, i usually gut my flounder then cook, the bones pull right out, but now that ive seen this i may try filleting them next time
I just did a few web searches. I think it's a Dexter Russell 6" skinning knife. Model # 06321. Actually a knife for skinning large animals such as cows or whitetail deer.
