Thank u very much bro.. these ac mechanics use to charge us 1200rs for the same work. I waited for 2weeks for them, no one has come due to this summer busy schedule. Now I myself done it by watching ur video.. thanks again
Hi..bro I'm using Daikin R32 model ..i tried opening the cover but failed..is it the same as the video..and how do i repair my water leaking issue from it
So you suggest not using cleaning fluid for the fins? I've seen recommendations of first light brushing for the dust stuck there, then using electrical broom to suck the dust out as much as possible but then cleaning (spraying) with anti-microbial spray then water spray, then turning on the AC on high fan speed, which is supposed to drain all fluid through and out of the AC
The best cleaning is done by wet cleaning of the coils by dismantling the unit, with the brush still a lot of dust sticks inside and can choke the unit.
The air conditioner is not advertised as fitting a 16 inch window, but as the body of the air conditioner is just under 16 inches if you leave off the accordion brackets it fits perfectly.
I got the same air con unit as this video. Can you show how to remove the blower to clean the blower as well ? If possible also remove the condenser to wash it thoroughly ..
bhai please help i bought new Samsung inverter ac but in my area light comes very low so which stablizer is best for that purpose i haven't use any stablizer with it for two months now it cools at night when the electricity is increased but during peak hours it dosen't cool well so please tell me a good stablizer for that.
when i got pregi i needed ac badly.. but my parents lived in a village area of UP.. My dad got ac and a local custom made stablizer to handle voltage in our area.. cost him 9000 .. it works great.
I just want to share with you a small technique. Its a secret called white Vinegar. Its probably lying in your kitchen unused. Mix 1:1 ratio water and white vinegar. Its very effective at removing muck and fungus and that sticky algae type of residue. Use a spray bottle and spray it into the coils. Then leave it for about 2 hrs. After this spray normal water to flush out the vinegar water. The vinegar will also keep your drain pan and drain hose path clog free.
those plastic little covers of screws underneath the unit (00:29) couldn't be removed on mine. Tried hard to pull them, push them, insert the driver under them....nothing worked. Any ideas?
How important is it to clean the spinning wheel just behind the coils on the inside of this unit? Mine is caked with a thin layer of dusty gunk, but the unit cools just fine.
I tried brushing the coil, but it feels off like crumbs. My brush was kinda rough thou, not the same as you used. My brush is more like a broom-ish material, should i use much smoother brush like a painter brush?
This video is informative...do you have a video on how to clean the blower wheel? I happen to use a small screwdriver to pick those dirt out...it's tiring...there must be an easier way but without disassembling the whole aircon...hope to hear your insightful advices...
you have cleaned everything but forgot to clean the MOST important item......ie. the FAN Blower unit .....!! ( which is one of the MAIN cause of an inefficient Air-cond ).....!! Would appreciate if you could conduct another episode on Cleaning the Blower unit ( Fan ) .........!
Nice question Blower can not clean good in this type manual service If blower is too dirty than it should by clean with high pressure pump Specially designed for AC servicing
To control Ac remote from an android mobile you need "Andriod Mobile with an IR blaster. Then you can download the app from play store there are no of apps are available to control AC and as well as other home appliances.
please dun simply clean the coil like the video, will fast damage your coil to leak gas n the dust will stuck inside the coil. if wanna wash, prefer brush finish, spray water to remove the dust.
Great video Lovepreet...thanks for sharing...It's very important to service your AC regularly for longer durability. Last time I called up www.excelaircon.com.au/ for servicing my AC but this time I think I can do it myself after watching your video.
