@@ksockhak If you wash the pan correctly after using it, you won't need to worry about any harsh chemicals. Nearly all restaurants use bar keepers friend. Been around since the 1800's.

I just sprinkle baking soda over the baked on areas. I then add water to cover 1/3 of the pan. I boil it for about 7-8 mins. If there’s stuff on the sides, I just add a cover while boiling which steams the sides. Turn off heat. Let it cool. Rinse. It comes right off.

I just bought a set of Stainless All Clad. Best everyday cleaner is Bon Ami Powdered Cleanser. Non-Toxic, Non-Abrasive, you don’t have to wear rubber gloves every time you use it. Like $3 at the Supermarket. Keep the Bar Keeper’s Friend for the heavy clean and shine 3-4x a month.

Steel wool would be the quickest way but I was told not to use steel wool on ss pans but steel wool doesn’t scratch the pan more than a metal spatula. As you can see your pans are pretty scratched up just like any other ss pan that has seen good use. What is your opinion?
