Thank you for this. Do you have two pressure washers going? The one you are using with the brush attachment, and then a regular one following it up to rinse? I've never used one at all, so question coming from that angle. Thank you.

I've been thinking of starting a concrete cleaning and resurfacing business but the systems available are ridiculously overpriced . I see you are putting together a comparable system, I'll be watching and waiting for an opportunity to get into this niche market as it is becoming harder to make a living in this economy. Great video as always. How would you recommend sealing a stamped concrete slab that you want to add some anti slip to the sealer? I presume you would need to roll that on, correct?

Yes roll it on. I use this sealer: amzn.to/2YQezfd And this anti-slip additive: amzn.to/3imuF88 Keep it mixed up so it doesn't settle to the bottom.

Mike Day Everything About Concrete Thanks very much. Love the channel. We have a nice stamped concrete patio in a home we just moved into and wondering if I can go ahead and seal it myself. Looks like the previous owner used Sealight CS-309-OTC non-yellowing , acrylic curing and sealing compound with an anti-slip additive. Will check out your recommendation as well. Love the channel by the way.

Is it possible to wash the color out of your stamped concrete with a power washer?

I'm a little concerned: the first thing that comes up with I google: "stamped concrete pressure washing" is a warning from another company to never use a pressure washer to clean stamped concrete. On the other hand, the contractor that installed our stamped concrete decking last year told me I *could* use a pressure washer as long as the spray pattern was between 15 and 35 degrees. In your video, does the surface cleaner attachment "soften the pressure" due to the fact it's constantly rotating? My intention is to use a 2600 PSI 2.5 GPM Troy-Bilt -- would that plus the 15" Karchar surface cleaner (listed in your link) be safe enough to protect the existing sealer, or is your video's purpose to clean just before adding a new sealer layer? In theory I should have another year or two before the sealer needs to be replaced, so I don't want to wear it off just yet. Thanks in advance for your suggestions, and .. great video.

Also, it looks like the surface cleaner used in your video is a Homelite 15" EZ clean. This video has a link to the Karcher, another video links to a Simpson. Do you prefer any over the others? Thx.

Pressure washing like I'm doing it here won't damage the surface. Most all these surface cleaners work good.

I want clean the dirt and algae from my stamped concrete, but DO NOT want to remove the sealer. Is the system you are showing mild enough?

People ask, can you pressure wash the color out of your new colored patio. I tell them YES and NO..your main color is injected at the dispatch plant ..so your color is threw out the slab..wont be washed out..but your colored release agent is different, its just inbeded on your surface..So yes it can be, depends on summer or winter pours..most of the time wash the powder off next day..but there's times you have to wait till next day..or the second color will wash out..its a judgement call..also the correct tip on your wand is important ..more of a fan affect on tip not pointed..people don't realize this concrete is freshly poured..it can be damaged...the same with cutting joints in your concrete...judgement call..to soon the surface of the cut will spald the concrete.. To late an cracking might start acurring... There's lots that can't be taught in a few days..as you say, you got to know what your doing..me, 30 years worth...jerry Concrete Impressions

The challenge for me is getting the dirty water off of the concrete. Yeah, this will break up the dirt but if you don't push the dirty water off of the concrete the dirt will just settle back onto the concrete when the water evaporates
