The procedure was done in the wrong way. Omni'Nettonyant must be diluted in a 2:1 to 3:1 ratio and not applied directly to the suede. Also, important to note that the suede must be nourished afterwards with a spray like Saphir Suede Renovateur.

Whew 😅! I thought I was doing it wrong for a sec. However, the way I learned was to our water into a container. The pour a bit of Saphir into that water, and go for it. My way was a bit more diluted than 3:1. But still providing bubbles/suds. I learned this way from the YT shoe channel “Trent and Heath”. Anyhow I appreciate your comment.

Yeah I think I’ve seen Kirby Allison doing this as well. Frustrating how Saphir doesn’t really provide foolproof instructions for fairly expensive product you don’t want to waste …

Hi Felix, yes that's correct, glad we could help! One tip we'd like to add when using this product is to be careful not to add too much saphir or water onto the shoe to avoid the liquid from seeping into the shoe lining. If the solution or water does seep through, it's okay, but it's best to avoid it if possible.

@@LeatherfootEmporium How do you make sure you've got all the soap off if you're just brushing it over with water? Other videos show people rinsing the shoe under a tap to make sure all the suds are off? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The product is really good,but that little tiny brush for applying is very unapropriate.Every time I severly hurt my hand while doing the job:(...it’s just too small.
