Great job! You definitely did the right thing by contacting your customer and renegotiating the cost of the job. You have them a bargain. I would sell that job for $1,900. I like the fact that you pointed out the wasp nest problem. Job well done!!
I clean river houses in north Florida and they are that dirty. I don’t know how they lived like that. I’m not down streaming, I’m using my 12v with a hot mix… not messing around. I google estimates…if job is over 20 miles away. Too many tire kickers to waist my day. 4 years in business and it’s taken this long to get right. Great info brother washer.
Good on you for calling up the customer and giving her a more realistic price. I need to do that more often! - Absolutely great video, very impressive. - I need a flo-pro as well 🤣im out here walking back and forth
That back and forth game is starting to make me question my sanity 😂 I need to quit being cheap and drive down the road to Jud's and get a dang flow-pro
@@powershineme I’m in the same boat! I’m gonna do it soon- bro do you produce your own videos , like edit and such? Great editing and cuts. It’s really good 👍🏼
@@powershineme hell no, it looks really good man. Keep it up. I’m impressed. I use iMovie, but I’m nowhere near your editing. You got my subscription.💪🏼
I will tell you more efficient way of doing that my first house cleaning wasn't real great either but after I made that mistake with that house I vowed I would never do it again the most efficient way of doing that without even going to the house is to get their address and look up the square footage on the app those apps will tell you the square footage and then you just charge them a quarterly you do it that way you'll be accurate I promise you
