After winter your patio and drive ways can look a bit sorry for themselves. Make them look like new with this simple effortless tip. #cleaning #blockpaving #patio
Still looks fine … after being down for almost 20 years now I guess it’s faded a little but if I want to restore the colour I’d put a coat or two of Ronseal patio sealer on it … but happy the way it looks for now 😀😀👍
Ah sorry to hear this … I do mine once a year in the spring … if yours has never been done it may need a few goes to get it looking like new … hope this helps 😀😀😀👍
@@stephenmaddocksDIYI did exactly u said but why my pave blocking didn’t clean a bit . We clean our patio every 2 years. I don’t want paper washing as it’s very messy . Any other tip sir
@@kanhaiyashukla4818 just do the description method in the video but try it a few times repeatedly on a small area to see the difference … it should work fine … 😀😀😀👍
wow this domestos is a great patent, I made on my garden and the patio look like brand new , I highly recommend and thank you for the idea ,will never use a karcher again
I did this with Asda's bleach and it came up nice went back to get more but they had ran out of their own so i got domestos instead and it worked better i think it is because its 0.2% stronger than the supermarket own make
Infact I’m repointing them in this video to demonstrate a simple technique I’ve come up with think I say here they’ve been down 12 years but it was 2006 so 16 years ago hope you enjoy the video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_gqA3wZTNfk.html
Can’t see there being a problem as I guess kennels would bleach there premises to kill germs and dog dirt stains If worried perhaps check with your vet first as I’m no expert on dogs and pets in general 👍👍👍
You would need to rinse down the patio to make sure all the bleach had been washed away and diluted down to nothing. Once washed down leave to dry completely before allowing pets on the surface.
Not really important the size of can but as long as you use one tub of bleach with two kettles of hot water added and it fits the can you’re good to go ….think my can is a 2 gallon standard one 😀😀😀😀👍
Wasting ur time unfortunately get the good Stuff , biocides , wet and forget, is the best stuffi ever put on plain simple, brings all back to there natural colour
My block paving been down 10 years and is due a clean.. looks like oil stain on mine , but its a black algae i think..im looking forward to trying this method. Thank you
so you have (had?) black spot lichen. To effectively treat that will require a stronger concentration of bleach than this person's video suggests. Domestic bleach is 4 - 4.5% sodium hypochlorite, a professional will be using 10 - 14% + other additives.
Hello David Watch the video again It’s one tub of bleach and two kettles of boiling water in the watering can Otherwise it will be too thick and won’t water out on the patio easily 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Use a pool shock it's 12 1/2 % pure bleach not only 3 to 5 % like regular household and less than $ 5. US. a gallon and way cheaper than professional Sodium Hydrochloride cleaning bleach.
It doesn’t as long as you only water it onto the slabs and be careful near the edges Any run off seeps into the soil but never seems to damage my lawn or flowers But don’t water onto lawn or flowers intentionally otherwise it will kill them
@@randyrandier2664 Except Trump never told people to drink bleach to cure Covid. And....in fact, some doctors recommend vaporizing and breathing hydrogen peroxide saline solution to kill the virus before it can continue colonizing the respiratory system, which is the concept Trump actually did ask about.
It’s ok to do this … I water around mine and it doesn’t affect the flowers in the pots You can always move them out of the way first if they are not too heavy though if a bit concerned Hope this helps … 😀😀😀👍
"kettle" is not a unit of measurement here in the States Maybe you could tell us Yanks how many milliliters there are in one kettle or even a simple ratio as in 5:1 or 7.5:1.
What do you guys use to boil water in to make a pot of tea then ? Basically it’s 2 to 1 so approximately 750 ml of the bleach and 1500 ml of boiling water 👍👍👍 hope this helps
