How to clip out your dog’s pads. 

Does your dog slip on your floors? It could be that your dog has to much hair around their pads. This grooming tutorial is a step-by-step detailed guide to clipping the hair from your dog’s pads.
📌Step 1.
Hold your dog’s foot firmly, as we do not want to start clipping the hair around the foot until our dog is still and comfortable.
You can check to see whether your dog has any knots or matted coat in between their pads.
📌Step 2
Once the dog is comfortable and you have a steady hold. Using one side of the blade begin to scoop out the hair from the ‘v’ shape. The ‘v’ shape is between the toes and the communal pad. It’s important not to clip or scoop out the hair between the toes as this is where our dogs webbing is in their foot. The webbing is a danger point in the foot.

📌Step 3
Once we have clipped the inside ‘v’ shape, use the edge of the blade (the last two teeth) to clip around the edge of the pads.
