I’m not a man, but I’m a Hair care professional. A good shampoo and condition regimen would clear this up. Shea Moisture for men I’m sure would be great, and a good oil like Jojoba oil would be great to combat dry patches on the scalp after you shampoo and condition the hair.

Always safer to keep atleast a quarter inch in between. If ur afraid of pushing the fade too high start the first guidline lower, but none the less. It came out great

Again...to get moisture...u must drink the adequate amount of WATER 💧 which is 64 ounces a day....the dryness is something tht has to be dealt with from the INSIDE to the OUT.......1
Your mistake was that you didnt go far enough up with the zero guard halfway closed right, but using the 1 guard on the normal taper blade wasnt a mistake then if im not mistaken (even after using the wedge blade) if you did go far enough up with the 0 guard. Correct me if im mistaking please. Nice video tho very therapeutic.
@@illestofdemall13 The ideal solution would have been oils or lotion. Alcohol based Astringents tend to dry out the skin more. I used sea breeze which im pretty sure does contain a small amount alcohol but it leaves the skin more moistured than witch hazel
@@the4thken on what hairtextures do you tend to use the wedge blade, my logic will say thicker hair bc it cuts closer so it will be more gradient? But I would like to hear your opinion on this.

tell him to wash his hair with some HEAD N SHOULDERS or SULFUR 8 shampoo before going to sit in somebody's chair. I would have charged him extra for all that dandruff
@@deejayy8303 If somebody has dandruff, and they put Sulfur 8 cream (yellow top) in their hair for like an hour then shampoo with Head N Shoulders, they might have flakes for the haircut, but it won't be out of control. And barber shop aid Aleopecia cream works too, and use conditioner every other day so it won't build up. I tell my clients only use shampoo before you get a hair cut, you can use Conditioner any other time. Dandruff is dry skin in the scalp
