I always skip to the last part of real time playing because I don't know to sight read and right and I compose and play by eyes and ear 🤣

It's comforting to see that my naive, amateur idea of how to compose approximately matches the real thing (at least in your case). I've tried composing by improvising on an instrument too, but I think I prefer the pen and paper method.

Not the way I compose. I think it better to write the entire melody, at least several bars. Then fill in the chords that might work. Then see if you need to change things. Never be in such a hurry.

That's just a video of you composing, not really how you compose as we can't read your mind. For me, the fragment you played sounds like it ends on a ii chord, and I imagine it continuing with V I, but I doubt that's what you wanted to do because you would have just done it... so I still don't know how you composed that

I remember the very first piece I ever wrote from a handwritten base. It was my first march-style piece. I'm still quite proud of it, however, it's easier for me to write music digitally. Good job! Also, didn't Igor Stravinsky invent that stencil? I think I heard something about that, and it was revolutionary to composing. 🤔👍
