Easy method to not distract for social media is that u can say ur sibling or parents or friends to keep lock to the app which is distracting you. Then you can mute notifications. On laptop you can download focus 10 app . On phone you can just use timer. Another thing if u wanna use social media then keep a goal Example "I will complete 2 chapter and use Instagram " like that .
