Hello Sir, you are explaning things quite simply , but sir you took share storage from vm machine and provisioned it to the same vm machine . is it possible or it was just for purpose of understanding.

Well explained the concept, thank you so much. I have one query from where we configured the SAN storage (from VM where we installed the i-SCSI role) and then allotted to another VM. So VM (having i-SCSI role) and the VM (which received the space), are they on same esxi servers or both are under same domain?
