So I had to do the soft reset. Thank you much !!! I was about to put the tv back in the box and take it back. The bluetooth feature is why I got the Samsung tv.
The Anker Bluetooth should work on all Samsung TVs that are Bluetooth compatible. If it’s Bluetooth compatible and still doesn’t work, then I would try to unplug and replug TV. Make sure firmware is updated.
