Hey quick question.. can i just connect the powermax supply to the amp directly? whats the difference of using the battery with powersupply instead of just the powermax supply to the amps.
@Kyle what I noticed is the powermax is only gonna put out it’s power, if your pulling more then that it will clip and the battery just helps when your pulling more then the rated amperage of the powermax
@@blazedlegend stage 3 is full amprige right? If so there a protection circuit when connected to a relay or battery or even a cap that if it over draws or sense to high of voltage on the line it will turn off
I’ve noticed a hum coming through the subs I have a 60 amp power max, a Skar 800.1D and the same battery anything you can think of that can be causing it. And I have a onkyo stereo

Hello everyone can everybody help me...i want to hook up car amp in my room using a avf psu 700watts can be use to my amp because before this im using dell psu but only 160w i powered my amp and sub...but have big problem i cannot play to loud when to loud psu automatic cut....then i want to change it to avf psu 700watts are this already ok...or must be 1,000 watts and please let me know the diagram to get 1,000watts or 700watts...please guys help me

@@blazedlegend I followed this and works great except, the speakers I’m running with RCA’s to my amp are playing pretty soft using my phone to the inputs using your same setup. Does this mean I need a bigger amp or do I need to use a cheap head unit between my phone and amp to make the speakers louder?
I need something explained like im 5 cause i think im over thinking it. Lol. How long would you be able to run it on battery alone if you wanted to go semi portable? And how do you calculate how long you could run an amp and sub off a battery?
@@blazedlegend Well yeah. But that doesn't help with determining how long it will last on a single charge before getting it. Lol. It'd suck to get some battery, and then it only lasts like
lol "be cautious of sparks" it doesnt "spark" because if or not is a new battery.. its because of it filling the capacitors in the amp or whatever you're connecting it to.. that has large capacitors in it!!!!!!... some nice equipement though with the JL and crossfire stuff though!!!!
@@blazedlegend yeah I got the same power supply but mines only a 55 amp one and I tryed to charge the battery and the supply kept shutting off so I have the supply connect directly to the amp
My nephew has a difficult time understanding rhe video could you make a written list of items you used for this setup. He has subs rebuilt and new box and wants to use his home stereo. Will this setup technically work if in series so they do 8ohm impedence as they are 4ohm speakers. Or does he have to use exact setup regardless of brand of items.
So I’m sorta new to this stuff and I was just wondering if u used a smart charger on a battery would it still work and would u have to turn the smart charger off once battery is full or can u just keep it running to constantly top up the battery might be stupid question but I don’t wanna blow my equipment up
Okay so that’s another route you can take for sure, most smart chargers you can leave on they’re called “smart” for a reason 😆 So I guess when the battery has enough it will stop sending electricity to it
