Hi please help me understand what this alert means. I can’t find anything about it online. Occasionally I get an alert on the screen and it flashes red. Is it disconnecting? Is it overheating?

Hi, a red alert on the screen is an alarm indication, it could be a cry alarm/movement alarm etc. and is not a malfunction

These instructions aren’t working in my device. The screen does keep showing “device isn’t working” and trying to connect, but never does. Is there any other way to do it?

Did you found a way to fix it ? Mine does the same it was working fine until now we lost connection and we can’t pair it anymore
