Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your camera. There are a couple of possibilities.. 1. Since the camera does not turn off by itself, if you happen to leave it on 24/7 and have a dark room during the day(with shutters/curtains drawn), that could have worn the Infrared red light out. In this case I highly recommend contacting Philips support for warranty claims while you're still under warranty. For whoever is reading, I recommend turning off both the camera and the base unit to prolong the life of the camera and the base unit's LCD screen. 2. Your room isn't dark enough or the IR light sensor could be dirty. 3. The unit has malfunctioned, maybe some components is broken or something. Hope it helps.
Thank you for reaching out! The zoom function is within the selection menu in the base unit. Basically you get a 2x digital zoom which is just an enlarged image of the video feed. You'll have to adjust the camera unit if the field of view is not where you want it to be. Hope this helps!
Hello there, thank you for reaching out! The base unit is paired on its own local connection. It is not a wifi or Internet connected device. Hope it helps.
