I’ve found FiX!!! I had the Same issue!! WiFi 2.4GHz wasn’t connecting !! To fix it, I had to connect via LAN ethernet cable 1st Update Firmware to latest version and then After restart. It Finally Worked!!!!!😅 disconnect LAN cable reset button Scan QR Code Connected to WiFI successfully!

Finally a guy who explained the network connectivity in a clear way...

Why mine shows connect to a router using LAN cable? I cannot configure it via wifi or AP mode.

Cheers excellent video, I wanted to know if it is possible to configure it on a Wi-Fi router but without "wpa" without a Wi-Fi password, my IPC-P120-D/W camera gives me an error to configure it, I cannot integrate it into the "app" I suspect it is because I do not have password in the Wi-Fi of the secondary Router.

Hello, I bought ezviz smart plug, at first the plug connected to wifi router succesfully, it worked 1 week with any problem, then it disconnect. After this i cannot connect to the wifi again. Reseting didnt work. Does it have any solution ???

Add this in your review, this product, can not be sold second hand, as one account has been set up, it is impossible to delete, as the support service from eviz told me. I bought mine in an auction from return items, and now I can not sell it. I think it is important for customers to know this in the case in the future they want to sell their camera and upgrade. I Cannot get this App to connect to this camera in anyway so the camera can be used Via wifi, I've reset the app and camera multiple times, I've spend hours on this, going to return it, I'm using an android phone and the software looks and functions differently to what is shows in this video, I cannot select my wifi password and then get it ti join to the Camera, also where do i find the default Camera password to I can connect to it's own cloud wifi to configure it because I cannot for the love of money find where this internal Cloud wifi password for this camera is
