Hi Joren! I was struggling all the day long to be able to register a new customer: that's crazy, impossible! Although I have full access of her FB page, I have no access to her page through Manychat. I guess I have to make her register with her mail and that she gives me her FB password... 🤨 There are no plans to manage external accounts...

Nope, you need to create one Manychat account per Facebook Page / Instagram account. But you can have one Manychat account for 1 Facebook page and 1 Instagram Account. So if you have 5 FB pages/IG accounts, you need 5 Manychat accounts.
