Sir, do both of the patch cords connect with the tx or does one connect to the tx and the other to Rx.

ONE END GOES IN THE TX AND THE OTHER END GO IN THE RX. TX IS TRANSMITER AND RX IS A RECEIVER.

This is Single Mode Fiber Optic Media Converter with only TX (transmit) ports on both devices, where one device is labeled A and the other labeled B. A work as a TX / B work as a RX.
