I love that I create really good food. I love that I am learning more about myself every day. I love that I am learning how to be me through the She Center programs started by Lydia Knight the help those with eating disorders. I love that I am a good friend. I love that my social anxiety can be resolved by my work in the She Center. I love that the programs in the She Center help me realize that my negative thoughts about myself and others are just thoughts and not truths and when I call them out load through theses programs I can ‘see’ them and begin the believe that they are not truths. I 🎉that I am able to believe in myself more and more each day. I love that I enjoy making my body stronger with each walk, each stretch, each lifting of weights and each time I prepare healthy plant based food for my body❤
I love how I do a lot with love and presence and attention, in conversation, while cooking, I put heart into most that I do. I love how silly and goofy I can be, bubbly. I love how I feel like a nature spirit myself, I love how when single I take myself out on dates and activities, I love my poetry and how I write, I love how I can enjoy simplicity and the splendour of nature, I love my chats to animals, trees and nature spirits, I loveeee how I can dance like god is moving through me. Many loves to love.
I always feel so grounded and in the moment when I'm out in nature. It really does calm and soothe my soul! I'm getting back to my creative side and have purchased a floral water colour painting course. I can't wait to start painting!

Sonja, you are the best in your appreciating the love and beauty surrounding us each day. The angels and spirits are with me as I celebrated my 89th B-Day yesterday of living on the lovely planet. Initiating challenges happened these past two weeks but I used my creative mind in asking help from others and all turned out well. All is well and all will be well for I am not alone.. My gratitude for your wisdom on my life;s journey! One of my gifts is being a great listener!
I appreciate that whereas - half a lifetime ago - I used to think she was a little nuts - but kinda' nice - I changed to the extent that now, I look forward to the weekly talk and tend to hang on her every word. I always seemed a bit 'sensitive' - something of a liability when I was down the pub, getting hammered with my mates - yet now I understand that, being somewhat 'watery', it's in my nature. In addition, it's good to know that the concept of healing is quite strong in me, presumably, as a consequence of my watery nature. I enjoy remaining open to learning something new, even at a time of life where others may have ossified in their views. I tend to be quite careful in my use of language in that it seems important to me to avoid proliferating misunderstanding - something that seemed ever-present throughout a large portion of my time here. Consequently, I'm VERY frugal in my use of the word 'love' - something it took multiple decades for me to get my head around. I DO love when my heart opens, something I look forward to happening more frequently, for longer and - ultimately - permanently.

I was discovering that I got a lot of work done, even though I'm recuperating, because I was balancing thing I love to do (writing and crafting) with the stuff I have to do. I was writing and decorating for Halloween and the Fall, and it gave me more ambition to do things I had to get done. I appreciate all your talks and messages that you give!!!

Then I watched this and just seconds (2-3 seconds) before the 15 minute mark, I saw something flash behind you from lower right to just above your head). Was that an insect or an orb??
