Thank you!!!! :))) I’ve watched tons of videos in order to use my XLR mics, which I love. Your video is the only one I’ve seen that explains how to keep those mics and connect them. Thanks a million.
What I"m interested in is why the King Bee in the explanation segments sounded better than the Shure SM7B connected to any of the other devices. O: Ah well. Good demonstration covering the different interface types (six, including the two bananas). Would be curious to see how the Boss Gigcaster 5/8 compares to the more expensive Rodecaster. I'd also probably go Yamaha AG-series over MG-series for non-live events (I bought and returned an MG10XU due to chronically low USB output, and kept my Alesis Multimix 4).
Great video. One question, if I purchase the YAMAHA MG10XU as you recommended in a previous video, would I no longer require the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen USB Audio Interface?
I needed this video! Quick one, my audio interface just decided to give in, and I was using it to connect to my mixer for a podcast. What other option do I have to be able to record in the interim till I manage to buy another audio interface?
Really informative and helpful video, thank you so much. Regarding the inline interface with the condenser mic, you say you go into your settings and enable Phantom Power--what settings are these, where can I find them? Are they within OBS or the system settings, and what should I be looking for?
Not sure this great video is for beginners lol. What EXACTLY do you recommend for narrating a self published book on Amazon? I'm old and do not understand all of this technology. Thank you in advance.
Can you provide some options that don't require drivers and software... essentially plug and play... for my personal setup I use Mac, this isn't an issue... However I would also like the ability to use with my work PC (Windows) but don't have admin rights to download software/drivers , but really want to upgrade my audio quality for my conference calls, and presentations.
