A big ADHD tip is to do things for 10 minutes. Just set a timer and go. Regardless of what you think, you can always do something for 10 minutes.

Extra feedback: just watched your testosterone video and I appreciate the format of the Hard Work video so much more. It feels more honest. Feels like a breath of fresh air on youtube, honestly. No tricks, just honest information conveyed with conviction and supporting visuals.

Thanks, Bro Im. still trying to find my voice but I enjoyed making this video more than any other! Doing things for a small amount of time always helps me. After 5 mins i normally forget I set a timer

Great man, I hope you follow that joy of creation. This format certainly works for me. Especially the clear, structured information in a smaller timeframe (around 5 minutes) without all the filler/fake hype that is mainstream now. I understand the shorter format might be harder to monetize short term but it will sure get you subs as the space is filled with people who hype you for 10 minutes and hide the information somewhere in the video. This way your personality shines through in an authentic way and that is grounding. You could say the same as any other guy but I'd listen to you because you sound honest, calm and because you present the information in a way that I want to listen to. @@GovindMudhar

Nice video, concise and straighforward. I can confirm, as someone who tends to procrastinate a lot, that the pomodoro technique has done wonders for me. I started with 25/5 sessions, and was able to upgrade to 50/10. Consistency is key.

I was delaying working on a research report and watched this video - I've watched many - but this really synthesised everything important and practical into a single dose of helpful and effe - [This comment isn't getting the report done].. [make a note to come back when report done] [I can start working on the report by writing 5 key sentences for section B, that's easier, and I'll feel

That's right - Mel Robins's 5 second rule is the SH*T 🔥 Writing things down helps me get SO MUCH done + gonna have to give this Pomodoro technique a try. Great video man, keep going ❤

I use and abuse the 5 second rule like no tomorrow! Every time I'm doing a heavy squat I normally put on some loud music and then say 5,4,3,2,1 and then hit it!
