Jai Manokranit👼👼👼👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍😃😃😃😄😄😄☺☺☺🙂🙂🙂 In this , Guri Dev You mention that the exercise(i.e. the practice of watching tip of eye) helps to open the third eye(if practiced in front of the Teacher[Guru Dev])... can you please give some detail information on that... is the physical presence of the Teacher necessary/must? is opening third eye good or bad, and why so? these are just some points which come to my mind right now...
