How to control the Hot Spot Hot Tub Lights 

I have a hot spot tempo with the same control panel. It was with the house when we bought it. I flushed it out and cleaned it and filled it back up and it heated up but didn’t seem like it did all the way. The ready and set light just keep flashing and sometimes a 3:00 will come up on the screen. It won’t let me change anything except to turn on the jets. Now the hot tub isn’t heating. Any ideas? I’ve already turned the breaker off a couple times and still nothing has changed
