What other way there is to treat the soil to get rid of them? I'm in a other country and if I order the beneficial nematodes they will die of before they reach to me thanks for the video.
Thanks for your comment! You might want to try a good foliar spray from May to June and again in August to October. In addition, try to cover the the area under your tree with a good landscape fabric to restrict the larvae from entering the soil to feed on the roots and also to help you easier find the adults when they try to escape by quickly falling to the ground. Some people also apply a chemical barrier to the soil but you’d have to do some research to better understand the ramifications. Here is a link to a foliar spray that looks pretty good.
