If one signer has completed their document, is there a way for that document to move forward instead of waiting for all documents to be completed before moving to the next level of signers.
You can delete recipients from a workflow which will cause the envelope to go to the next person or to be completed if there’s nobody else in the workflow
Hi Sofian, Thank you for your useful video. Can we also create a visibility option on the summary document? In the summary document sent to all recipients, all the names of people signing are mentioned even though there is a visibility option. For confidentiality reasons, this is a problem in my case. Is there a solution?
I'm not aware of a workaround other than turning off the certificate of completion "COC" at the account level. This will remove the COC from all the envelopes though - no way to set this up at the template level. Other option would be to create separate envelopes but that might not work if documents must be part of the same envelopes for legal or practical reasons.

Hello sir, is there a similar feature for specific fields? I know there is an option where all characters are masked with asterisks, but I can't find a way to unmask the info when the work flow is done. What do you think is a pliable solution? Any help is appreciated!
Sorry but I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking for. The info that’s masked in asterisk is downloadable by the sender of the envelope via CSV export when the docs are completed.
Hi Sofian - I am just learning about this can you please tell me with docusign if I send documents to recipients for signing in "review documents" and they sign and complete but I want to send them a further document/s in "complete documents" along with what they have signed can I do that? thank you your tutorials with visuals are very helpful

You have to be on a commercial plan which cannot be purchased via the website. You need to reach out to a DocuSign account manager so that they can give you a quote.
