Video is good but the price we need to spend to just make wired to wireless is too much ..... In my opinion ₹2000 or $30 is reasonable price for this conversion I feel. May be this was also an expensive option for some as they already spent lots of money for the android stereo.

The difference is that- cplay2air comes only with apple car play and this one comes with both Android auto and Apple car play Plus buying c2plus will attract custom charges over the price paid but this one is being received locally

Somebody someday needs to explain to me the use of android auto you get a good second hand 6/8 GB tablet for 5/6k which can be connected via Bluetooth and installed on the dash or over the old infotainment with magnets or suction cup mounts with more capability and the full range of apps.
No problem let me explain... This is almost 3 years old video when the technology was new and any innovative product is sold at higher cost to recover the costs of research and development. Now these devices costs 3000 . An Android phone can't withstand long drives as they have battery in it It can burst in high temperature Your car already have a screen and if you are unable to full use the same then what's the point of having these touch screen... Now a days good Android box costs 10k and can transform your car screen into a full Android system. Again phones are of lesser price because technology is common and widely available...
Car infotainment screen with wireless Android auto and Apple car play function costs minimum of 25k and you need to pay atleast 40k for a good quality display. Secondly there are premium cars coming without wireless Android auto and Apple car play due to chip shortage. In such a case you would definitely not prefer a cheap after market car infotainment system on your dashboard. Also if someone has used wired Android auto he would love the Wireless functionality for short distance drives!!
This is just reflection of your phone in a wireless medium! So if your phone has the latest Android version then it will reflect the same! It will completely depend on your phone capabilities

Not trying to justify but when i planned to get this device directly from China, it was costing approx 8k (Without custom duty) So more or less we might be paying little extra but nothing major There are few products in market but they cost atleast 3-4 k more than this! I am not sure what tech is involved in it so can't say what should be the fair cost Its been a while i am using it and have not faced any issue! There were some bugs which on a complaint were resolved by the manufacturer
Can you help me with a few information, if this device connects using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Lot of the car play adapter first makes the connection using Bluetooth and then switches to WiFi using a hotspot.

The issue is that people who are buying this device have to update the software! If you don't update the software Android auto won't work! As per my information it does work with Mahindra! If in the worst case it doesn't! All you need is to send a message about compatiblity failure to the enginner and they will resolve at the earliest

Hey Prakash, After your recommendation, I also got this from carplus but the cheaper only carplay one because I’m sure I would never need Android Auto wirelessly. Everything is great and super smooth. Except there is a small issue which I am facing. Can u please tell if it is its nature or is a bug - When it is connected and working for 30-40 mins while I am driving & if a call comes it shows the call display instantly but the ringtone from my car speakers come after 6-7 seconds. This happens every time. But when the call is answered it works flawlessly. It is just that the ringtone does not play on car speakers for 6-7 seconds. Also, while using RU-vid Music there is a 2 second lag on every command that I give - be it from the steering mounted controls or touchscreen from RU-vid Music app. For ex. If I tap on pause it will take 2 seconds to actually pause the music and same is with next or previous song. And the seek bar of the music also has a 2-sec time difference. Other than that google maps, etc works flawlessly. Can you please confirm if this is the nature being converted from wired to wireless or is this with me ??
Bro! We are not facing this type of issue and i am so sorry 'that i can't tell how that device is running! As you know both the devices are different! But i will still try to find an answer for this! Else what you can do is - send a log to the enginnering team and they might be able to solve the issue
It is possible to use! Just in case it doesn't work you will have to send a log to the company and they will send you over the air update and it will start working!

Bhai had it been good it would have been purchased! I am getting a custom wireless charger made for MG Astor! Once done will share it with the viewers! The mileage will only increase after 3rd service! till then try to keep the car below 1.8 rpm to get the best mileage!!

Bro 90% chances are it will work! For the next 10% we have option of sending a log to the company and they will fix the same in few days through over the air update! In my car this thing wasn't working ! It took 3 weeks but now it works well! I hope i was able to make the point clear

I have checked with MG! There is NO way MG Can Bring Wireless Android Auto In MG Astor ! There is a missing Chip in it! While some car brands like Mahindra does provide wireless android auto with an update but not MG!
Hey Prakash another helpful video thanks a ton. I have a small query regarding the AI short command. On saying pause music it pauses fro a microsecond and then again plays the song as it fails to take command. Its only on apple car play apple music app. Can you also check your end and confirm its same at your car too. I have a video recorded of the same incident as a proof. The MG folks also could not provide a proper solution.

Is there any deterioration in sound when connected via this device using Bluetooth. I have noticed in my Astor that when I play music via bluetooth without connecting the USB cable, at times the sound is distorted. The same song plays flawlessly when the phone is connected via the cable. I have mentioned this to MG Pulsehub but as yet the issue is persisting.

No no once it gets connected! Everything happens automatically! In matter of 6-8 second! If you want to connect more phones just disconnect the already connected device and you can connect other device just by single tap! Last connected device will connect automatically
Does the Baleno have WIRED Android auto and Apple car play? Then definitely a yes! And just in case it doesn't work...the company provides over the air update and solves the issues in max 10 days!!
Yes! That's a good value for money product! However i don't recommend getting it too much modified which would ultimately result into more costing of the car! Just basic accessories should do! And enjoy the car as it is !

I do understand your concern! But what are the other cars in the competition and what are they providing? This is what we will have to check! If any competitor is providing better features we can go for it else MG ASTOR will be the choice
The main reason I've always preferred wired is due to the availability of higher bandwidth to transfer data. Wireless AA and CP are known to compromise on audio quality a little, especially the older revisions. Hence would be great if you could please comment on whether there's any noticeable difference in the mids/highs when going wireless. I've been holding off on buying such adaptors because of this only.
Honestly speaking i am not an audiophile. In general terms i found the sound quality to be pretty good! Please give me some moment and i will take review of some people who has better understanding of music tones and then i would be able to give a better reply! Hope u will understand
Not very fast!! The thing is - suppose you are on a 20-30 mins drive! Connecting wire everytime is seriously irritating! + It will damage the port too! With this device the moment you turn on your vehicle, within 8-10 sec wirless Android auto /apple carplay automatically gets activated! Also i am soon coming up with wireless charger custom made for MG ASTOR and would solve other issue as well!
