You can also use this, thank me latter. For km/hr to m/sec - - > multiple it to 5/18 and for m/sec to km/hr - - - >divide 5/18 to the value (18 x X /5) I know it hard to remember( than 3.6) but it makes the calculation just so easy if the exam doesn't allow use of calculator.

More easy is If we want to convert km/h to m/s multiply the number with 5/18 means multiply the number with : five upon eighteen If we want to convert m/s to km/h multiply the number with 18/5 which means multiply the number with eighteen upon five
