PDF to Word First method
Go to the left corner of the page and click on the Open PDF button. The file explorer is opened. Select the file you want to convert and click on the open button.
Now you can see your document. In the top menu click on the “Convert” option. As you can see the interface is clean and easy. You will see the formats that you can convert your document to. Click on the to Word option and a new convert window will open. The first option is the output format, where you can confirm the format you want to convert to, in this case Word.
Next to the output format is the settings button. Click it to activate the OCR option that helps you to convert text image into plain text. Or you can deactivate this option if you don't need it.
When you activate this option be sure to select the language for the text inside the image. In the convert range page option you can indicate the number of the pages you want to convert. You can also select: even page or odd page numbers or just select the all option to include all pages. At the end click on the ok button.
Let’s continue setting the convert window. Now type the file name. Then specify an output folder where you are going to save the file. Finally click on the ok button. In just seconds your document is ready. Click on the open folder button to see your new Word document.
Second method
Being on the main panel, click on the convert option. The file explorer is now open. Select and open the document you want to convert to. You will see the window we just described in the first method. Set: the file name, the output folder among other things and click on the ok button. And that’s it
Convert Word document to PDF
On the left side click on the Create PDF button, HERE. You will see 4 options. Select the From file one. The file explorer is now opened. Choose the file you want to convert to PDF then click on the open button. In just seconds your PDF document is ready. But that is not all you can do. You can also edit it. Click on edit in the top menu. Now on the left side you can see the edit all option. And if you click on the arrow you will see these options: All, text, image and link.
Let’s click on the all option: Now let’s edit this text and this image too. Finally just click on the save icon. And that’s it.
Summarize your document using AI

Let's make a summary of our document. In the lower right corner you will see this icon. Hover your mouse over it and you will see some options, click on the summarize one. A new window is open and you will see these 2 options. On the left side file and on the right side content. In the file option click on the option current document. Then click on the analyze button. AI will do its work. As easy as that. If you choose the content option click on the text area and select the content you want to summarize. As soon you release the mouse AI starts working on that. And in a few seconds the work is done. As easy as that! Now just click on the copy response button and that’s it.
