You do know when entering CMD ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tcSM-Ir6KDs.html , you can just do it from the folder breadcrumb area. Navigate to the folder in which Virtual Box was installed, then enter CMD in the folder location section. It will automatically open CMD in that Location.

Is it possible that you included the .exe of VirtualBox in the path? That's probably why it's opening. The the path should be C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox do not add a trailing \ or anything else at this step. The path to the .vdi is wherever you stored it (which means another hard drive, thumb drive, external drive, etc.) Your Drive:\Your Folder\your-vdi-file.vdi Then just follow the steps to clone.
