@@ligmanuts3415 it's one of my favorites. There's not a lot of meat. Its mostly just the gelatinous skin with tendons. Very sticky and is supposed to be sweet and slightly savory. Sometimes served with claypot rice. Hope you try it out.

In canto its called jeen yurn sam bo. I think it directly translates into pan fried braised 3 treasures. 3 because it usually made with eggplants, bell peppers and fried tofu.

shrimp dumpling skin look too thick, it need to be thin and transparent, and I think the chicken feet need to cook it longer, the best is when it fall apart on it own.
Hi, for the sticky rice you should put : salt, chicken stock powder, baking soda, sugar, garlic oil, sesame oil, pepper, fried garlic and put some water if it's so sticky. This is the recipe my big brother use for Lo Mai Gai enjoy ! :)
Out of curiosity, would you ever cook dim sum again (4+ types) or just eat out? The time and effort and cost seems to somewhat justify eating dim sum outside aha. Coming from a canto here! Also..you butchered saying chicken feet to an extent where I almost forgot how to pronounce it 😂

As a professional fun sum eater, I can say that you’ve absolutely nailed the looks for everything except for the loh mai gai, the sauce or filling should get absorbed by the rice and it is full black / brown and that’s when you know it’s ready
