Hey Quang, I made these today for the first time. What I learned is that if u leave a tiny hole at the time , a size of chopstick, the steam escapes and leaves the juice broth inside. When I didn’t do this they all came out dried up. Try that next time. Love ur personality ❤❤❤

from what i know if you let the soup cool down to room temp you mix it with the mince mix and freeze it, once its kinda frozen you then use that in the fillings, when heated it comes back as soup form.
