Really nice I ve never used carrot, will in future. Little tip use a plastic or silicone spoon in your metal pot ,metal spoons scrape over time the coating off your pots xx keep doing authentic love it 😀
One can tell is original because there are no measurements! I do the same when I cook my Greek dishes! Thank you! Thank you! I will definitely try your recipe! Love 😍💗 it!
My goodness!!! Tried your Curry Goat recipe and Green Seasoning. Knocked it out the park. I followed exactly as you instructed. It was mouth watering good with a while lot of niceness. I've tried cooking this before and it was disappointing. I can't thank you enough. It's one of my husband's favorites. He is sooo pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
Omg!!! I wish I could've had some! Woot woot 🥳🥳 I'm so glad it came out just the way you wanted and you and your family enjoyed it☺️ this comment made my day🙏 Much respect and thank you so much for watching and trying it out. Bless up✊🏽
Jamaicans measurements and directions are always to the extreme, but the food taste good in the end and you will eventually reach your destination. I don’t measure nothing either, it’s all in my head. Awesome my sister 😋😋😋👏👏👏
Yessss you know the Schweppes🔥🔥 the real deal. Wish I can eat some right now as I respond to the comments😅 Thank you so much for watching really appreciate the love and support✊🏽

This is my first time cooking curry goat but if I don’t have all the seasonings but I have the betapac curry seasoning would it taste good I’m want to make it for my family
Heyyyy there as long as you have some Al purpose season and your curry powder you should be fine. You can add a little onion powder and garlic powder if you have. Let me know if you need any more info.
Yessss, curry goat looks incredible! You cooked it nice and slow and long so all that delicious flavour could seep in deep so each bite is super flavourful! Loving all these great recipes! David a lucky guy to have you making food like this all the time Jody! YUMMY!

I’m just now seeing this here is the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C7-gmsPfn3I.html let me know how you like it. Thanks for trying my recipe out💕💕✊🏽
A suggestion when you are putting the oil to burn the curry don’t put a lot because the goat meat springs oil while cooking...so your goat won’t be too greasy...just use a small amount of oil...
@queenieny4654 no j disagree. Why? Because tok little oil and u don't get a proper sear on the meat. Plus the goat fat won't melt enough at that stagex2 give u the sufficient oil u need for the curry burning process.
Yes you can do it that way. Put it on low so it gets cook properly, check every now and then when it gets tender you add your veggies. Hope that helps.
I use this recipe to cook this for my mixed race adult step kids they say it tastes like there grandads and they say i dont cook bad for a white person i feel so humble they love

Lol I got you bro ✈️ food have a buzz enuh lol it was so good omg wish I was eating some right now! Thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it✊🏽
That looked the bomb, I’ve never seen a recipe like this before, with sweet peppers and paprika and cumin in, it looked so good I’m definitely going to follow these instruction, so original and unique.
I literally cooked it on medium heat then I lowered the flame to low. It doesn’t matter how high or low, that’s how I cooked mine. Yours probably cook less or longer just as long as you make sure your meat is tender
This is the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C7-gmsPfn3I.htmlsi=N1hc1kY_kDIT178l but you can just use thyme, piece of ginger, garlic, escallion, few pimento seed and piece of pepper.
We have something in common. I love love curry goat growing up omg 😅 Thank you so much for stopping by and I’m glad you enjoyed it and want to even give it a try🥰 much respect ✊🏽
LOL mayun she remind me of my Mother! .. perhaps its just because of my career in IT but im a precision guy! When im seasoning i need to know (4 teaspoons of this 2 teaspoons of that) Mum would just grab the whole jar and sprinkle an amount and make some boom curry goat! Help a brother next time with some precision :D
Looks great!!! I will be trying it this week and will let you know the outcome. Can't wait......oh you can tell you are a real cook you used no measurements...LOL
