It's harvested in TN since ancient days n we used it only for making temple panchambratha, ancient kings export it to China n it was restricted to be used only by rich people
This is such a wrong way to prepare black rice.. there is no way it cooked properly within 20 minutes.. u have to soak it overnight minimum 6-12 hrs. And also u have to cook it thoroughly so that water should not be leftover for drain..
