Ingredients for chestnuts:
1) One kilo of chestnuts
2) Water
3) One tablespoon of granulated sugar
Preparation of:
Chestnuts are kept in water for half an hour. It is carefully drawn with a knife or fork. It is taken into the pot. Water and sugar are added. It is cooked in a controlled manner on medium heat for about 30 minutes (thirty minutes).
