You won't believe this is the soup I have in mind to cook, even though my husband doesn't like egusi. It is one of my best soups. Thanks dear, you are a good cook.
When I want to make any delicacy even if I’ve made it before I rush to ifys kitchen. I am your number one fan even though you’ve heard that 100 times but this girl is your number one fan. You teach with ease Thank you 🙏🏽
I just made this now, only difference is adding/mixed blended Onions with the Egusi instead of Water ( my Mom's style ) 😍 😋 😋 Ifylicious the #QueenChef ❤ 😍 Thank you GOD Has blessed us with you. I bless HIM for your life
I need to order some of this off the internet cause I don’t know where to go for this… I’m in oregon, maybe I can find an African store🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ I’m committed to this!!! But I’ll need to buy the Fufu cause that’s hard!
Egusi in English it's mellon seeds. Here, it has been grinded to powder and then water mixed in to form a paste before, it is dropped bit by bit into the soup base to steam making it a bit firm.
