About my pepper jelly business Grey Goose Gourmet:
Our pepper jellies are made, jarred, and labeled in small batches out of our family kitchen in Wayne, Maine. I use fresh, simple, and locally grown ingredients in most of my pepper jelly varieties. When I cannot buy locally grown ingredients, such as for my Mango and Apricot pepper jelly, then I buy from my trusted local grocery chain. But local farmers supply me with the bulk of my peppers. In some of my seasonal varieties I use vegetables from local farmers' markets and in the Winter a local family co-op delivers a fresh box of in-season vegetables to my home. When the harvest is ripe the peppers will come straight out of my own backyard garden to be made into my pepper jelly.
If you are already enjoying our jellies, please let us know on our Facebook page by liking or reviewing our jellies! We would love to connect with you and hear your thoughts.
If you are new, but want to learn more and see behind the scenes into my kitchen, please check out my Facebook page. We frequently share recipes and different ways to use pepper jelly, besides the traditional cream cheese and crackers.
