I am a new gardener and have tons of squash leaves but few fruit. I was told NOT to eat the leaves, so I was thrilled to see your recipe, which looks terrific. I plan to harvest leaves and flowers (found recipes for them too) in the morning and make some veggie-friendly dishes. Thanks SO much for posting this!
This is my second time using your recipe! Rave reviews from my family. I was so glad to find a use for the squash leaves that I had been thinning from my plants to allow the bees to find the flowers more easily! Thank you!!
@@juuk3103 we are such a similar people in more ways than one... Never forgetting to add mpiri mpiri (Zambia) or mhiri piri as my Zimbabwean grandmother would say.
It absolutely looks nice but I am not patient enough to wait too long when cooking chibwabwa😅 I have to learn otherwise the colour changes from green to brown 😀
Never knew you could eat pumpkin leaves! Thanks, I’ll definitely be doing that recipe. What might you have with the chibwabwa or do you eat it on it’s own? Thanks 👍
shoot i dont even need to cook mine i just eat mine right off the plant. I was thinking of maybe doing a stirfry or something. This must be an african dish apologies for not knowing your country its just like I say oh must be south american
Make sure you don't keep any food in a sink, as that area there are millions of germs as well as bacterias. Even if you wash alla the time or you washed prior to the preparation of your food, as the drainage hole goes direct to the sewage. Even the smell of the area is disgusting
