Hi neeru . I used to make paneer recipe after soaking the frozen paneer in hot water. But somehow it ll break into pieces when I try to pan roast. After seeing your video I have been the way you taught. Now my paneer is not at all breaking. Very spongy and yummy to eat too.Thank you so much for such basic recipes. Have tried many recipes from Ur videos like aval payasam, cooking millets and many more

Beginners in cooking please head to only nees kitchen page for your complete cooking lessons. There are many specializing in particular forms of cooking but to put on the shoes of a beginner and do videos mostly for them is out of the box thinking. Most elders are well versed with cooking but when passing it to others they are unable to do justice. I think any beginner friendly easy videos you will be tagged without a second thought. As I always say you have made few mothers work easy.

Hi Neeraja, do you cube them and freeze? We get paneer as a block. So I freeze them as is and keeping outside for over an hour before cutting them. Is this how it should be done? Thank you for this very helpful video.
